I had one of the best dine in experience ever at a fast food chain. Especially because of Mariam's incredible service, the food was great and served with warm kind smile. Definitely coming back for more!!!!!

Went to get dinner earlier evening and the crew working this shift was very pleasant, polite, warm, and accommodating. Mind you this isn’t normally the case as most of the other times I’ve been here, staff was cold, aloof and really looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Both staff I interacted with tonight, a young man and a young lady, went out of their way to confirm what I wanted and even explained and answered all my questions about other items on the menu. Keep it up!

The staff was smiling and happy and working in unison with each other... Beautiful teamwork , and the resulting atmosphere made the restaurant seem fun and happy too. It was a surprising experience. This really would be the first time i would give extremely 100%+ in satisfaction experience. Oh yeah.. the food was good too...

I love this location, it’s been here for a longggg time! The parking situation is great, the indoor dining space is huge with a great view from the windows actually; you can see the Mississauga downtown skyline very well! The staff are always very friendly, and always made my burger perfectly to order. I always get my pickles on the side as well as on the burger because their pickles are so addicting! The kind lady told me that they slice the pickles fresh daily!! No wonder they’re so good. I usually use coupons I receive in the mail, and I always collect Scene points, also if you have a CAA card then you get 10% off! When I use the coupon it obviously can’t be combined with the CAA discount, BUT if you add cheese, or something else to your order, that usually works with the CAA discount. In the summer they also have outdoor seating which is pleasant.

From the moment I entered, I was greeted by Latishia (apologies if spelling is wrong) She did an exceptional job taking my order and ensuring it was accurate. Her smile was beaming and her attitude was beyond any I have experienced at this location before. I am taking the time to share this feedback with you because Customer Service is a dying trait, and Latishia went above and beyond! Janet who then dressed my burger was also super wonderful and ensured my food was exactly how I ordered it. I am extremely impressed by the service these two individuals provided today! Thank you so much! They deserve to be recognized by all leadership! Please let them know as they deserve kudos! Thanks again! I would definitely recommend coming here when Latishia & Janet are in!

The food is always hot, tasty, and exactly how I ordered it. Specifically on this location. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They’re consistently friendly, patient, and welcoming—even during busy times. You can tell they care about the customer experience, and it makes a big difference. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and service is quick without feeling rushed. Whether I’m dining in or grabbing something to go, I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend this location!

Had to try harvey’s since there were so many outlets in and around toronto. Loved the buffalo sauce chicken sandwich. Had it with ghost pepper sauce, hot sauce and the harv sauce. Onion rings could do much much better!
